How long will my order take to arrive?
Every item is printed just for you after you order. Production takes 2–5 business days, and shipping takes about 3–7 business days in the US, a bit longer internationally.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on all US orders. For Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia, a shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, EU countries and Australia.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for size or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or a refund.
How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, and you can also pay with a credit or debit card through PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order goes into production, usually within 24 hours.
How should I care for my item?
Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don’t iron directly on the print.
